Having half an amazing iberic porc sausage left in the fridge and feeling creative I decided to rustle up some breakfast for the family. I cut some nice thick slices of sausage and fried them on a hot pan. No oil or butter is needed since the sausage is very fat. I also made some creamy scramble eggs of two eggs and some milk, salt and pepper. I arranged some mixed salad leaves on a plate and topped with the scrambled eggs and the fried sausage. Then I grated some comté cheese over it all and drizzled with figure balsamic. The family even the youngest kid liked it.
